Cancellations made two months prior to commencement date will be refunded in full. If cancelled before 14 days of commencement date, you will be refunded 50% of the overall fee.
Any cancellations made within 14 days will forfeit 100% of the fee unless a new date can be organised.

Up to 30 for the complete experiential workshop experience and 100 for a masterclass style of workshop. Our preference is for one complete year level to ensure the relevant themes are being explored but we can work with the grade 4-6 cohort in special circumstances.
Yes. Families will be required to sign a consent form prior to participating in Choosical. Workshops 1 & 2 will be filmed for the purposes of creating the song and performance piece based on the ideas and movements of the students. This footage will not be used for promotional purposes unless Sprouts Creative request specific permission to do so.
The performance will be filmed and posted on www.sproutscreative.com.au, and may be used for promotional purposes. Students who do not want to be filmed can still take part, but will be asked to step out for the filming of the performance.
Allow for a minimum of 6 weeks from start to finish. Contact hours at the school will be 1.5 days in total, but the artists will be in regular contact with students as the song and performance piece is developed.

- 1 teacher for every 15 students
You are welcome to invite other schools in your region to participate in the program and share the $3000 fee. We are happy to run Choosical in a public hall or space that allows for students from multiple schools to share the experience.
Thanks to the support of our partners VicHealth and Drama Victoria, we can offer Choosical to Victorian schools for $3000 only, which covers three workshops at $1000 each.
Until funds are exhausted all travel, production and artist costs are covered.
